I am so glad I convinced my client to bring in her puppy Pablo! This is one of my favourites from the whole session. Natural light only. I used my Sony GM 85mm 1.4 lens and my A7riii. Retouching involved simple skin and make-up clean-up using frequency separation, dodge and burn, some liquify, and colour grading using adjustment layers and LUTs. I used some techniques to pull out the details on Pablo’s face and fur, and added a texture to the background.
